Provided you have followed the handy flower tips attached to your card we guarantee a minimum of 5 days of quality, or we will replace the flowers at no cost
We purchase flowers up to 3 times per week & flowers are of top quality – we also source the majority direct from the grower – with the peace of mind that our flowers are pretty much straight from the greenhouse!
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, let us know within 24hrs and we will be happy to replace your flowers. It is important that you notify us within this period so that we are able to assess the condition of the flowers before they start to deteriorate due to new conditions. If a wrong delivery address has been given we take no responsibility due to customer error.
We attempt to make the finished product as close as possible to the picture supplied, however at times the finished product may vary in colour & some blooms may be not in season or be unavailable. If so, a suitable similar flower shall be substituted.to both your specifications and the pictured style.
Similarly with containers, if suppliers are out of stock of a pictured container, vase or basket, we will use a product with a similar look.
Problems with Delivery
In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate your order for you of any delivery problems. We will of course email you as quickly as possible to advise you. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee times of deliveries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Gift Card and Special Instructions box during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Delivery on Sundays are not available
If you choose to cancel or alter your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund back to your credit card (less a $15.00 administration charge). We are unable to offer a refund on the day of dispatch as your flowers and gifts will already be on the way.
We want your online experience with us to be a simple and enjoyable one. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order once received, please notify Bloom Florists within 24 hours of receipt so we can investigate your order and we will make every effort to get back to you within 24 hours.
If your goods are damaged upon delivery please let us know immediately via email or telephone (it is always a good idea to take a photo).
